The Biotechnological Potential of Anaerobic Fungi

At the end of April it was finally time for the 2nd instalment of the Anaerobic Fungi Network webinar.

This time, Michelle O'Malley informed us about the different projects going on in her lab at the University of California (Santa Barbara, USA) and Xavier Fonoll from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, USA) presented a novel bioreactor design that aims to mimic rumen conditions.
